Ralph R. Carey, 65, of rural Minonk died at 10:55 a.m. Wednesday (Oct. 22, 2003) at his home.

Service: 1 p.m. Saturday at Calvert & Froelich Memorial Home, El Paso Chapel, the Rev. Matthew Edelman officiating.

Burial: Parklawn Cemetery, Danvers.

Visitation: from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.

Survivors: his wife, Grace Carey; sons, Larry Carey, Minonk; Tech. Sgt. Ralph "Tom" Carey, USAF, Ray City, Ga.; and Raymond Carey, Bloomington; daughters, Randi Carey, Bloomington; and Rebbeca Carey, Dayton, Ohio; stepchildren, Helen (Gerald) Kemp, El Paso; Patricia (Kurt) Chaddon, Bloomington; William (Ruby) Carey, Mountain Home, Ark.; Betty (Charles) Cline, El Paso; Michael (Tina) Carey, Minonk; Richard (Bobbi) Carey, El Paso; and Theresa (Larry) Reynolds, Roanoke; five grandchildren; 23 stepgrandchildren; and 16 stepgreat-grandchildren; a brother, Lester Carey, Bloomington; and a sister, Bessie McLean, Arrowsmith.
